Restricted Section is a stage that was released in version 6.0. It is presumably another home stage of Oleander, in addition to Woodlands Glade. It was originally designed for Story Mode before further development of the game was cancelled by Modus.
In Story Mode, if the player (Arizona) does not have any Longma Balls (there are two that can be found), the following exchange between Fred and Oleander will happen:
- Fred: Well... that's corking. Absolutely spiffing... Nothing in here of value. Guess you were right, Ollie. Waste of time...
- Oleander: And... done. Let's get back home. I need to consult some references at the Order's library.
- Fred: Right! But Oleander... I don't think you're allowed back there after what happened last time...
- Oleander: Oh... yes, that could create complications... Well, what the High Priestess doesn't know…
From this, it can be assumed that the Restricted Section stage would have been visited in a future chapter (or chapters) of story mode, possibly Velvet versus Oleander, or Oleander versus another character.
